Roxville’s Help Desk is available 24/7 for all of our clients. No matter what problem you’re having, big or small, we’re available around the clock to help solve it.
Our online ticketing system allows our Clients to place requests at any time. Once the request has been placed, they can easily check its status. Need to speak to someone? Our Clients can call the help desk and speak with one of our Customer Service Reps.
Each month, our Clients receive a detailed report listing all the work that was done for them.
